Stay Hydrated

I stay hydrated all summer long with my hydroflask. It keeps my water nice and cold all day and the sleek white design is nice to look at too.

Eat In-Season

Head to your local farmer’s market for in-season produce! Buying in-season has so many benefits, produce is usually more affordable, more nutritious, and tastes better!

Get That Vitamin D!

Now that the weather is nice I love going out on hikes or going to the beach. One of the added benefits of being outdoors is getting vitamin D from the sun. There are such limited food sources of Vitamin D, an essential nutrient that many Americans lack in their diet. Getting enough vitamin D means improved mood, immune boost, and improved overall health & wellness-It’s a must!

Make sure if you’re outside frequently to apply SPF, I use Elta MD UV Clear on my face, Supergoop Part Powder for my hair part, and La Roche Posay sunscreen for my body.
