Gluten Free Orange Tofu

Tofu is one of my favorite foods, and it happens to be so healthy too. Its a great source of complete plant-based protein and its versatile.
Tofu is super absorbent so it takes on the flavor of the sauces and spices you’re cooking with.
Low sugar | Gluten free
Ingredients:
1/2 block super firm tofu
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 @simplydelishnatural orange jel
Sauce:
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 @simplydelishnatural orange jel
2 tsp manuka honey
1/2 tsp Squeeze ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Press tofu with paper towel to draw out excess water. Cut into cubes then toss with avocado oil. Coat cubes with Simply Delish (sugar free) orange jel powder. Bake for 20-25 mins. Prepare orange sauce. Combine ingredients in a small bowl, mix until combined, place in microwave to thicken for 30 secs, stir, set aside. Toss tofu with sauce, top with sesame seeds and green onions.
